Food cost that follows every sale.

Speeda deducts the ingredients of every order from stock using your recipes, so the food cost you should have is known after each sale. When the team counts stock with the phone camera, Speeda compares it with the real count and lists the gap by item and value.

Questions

What is the difference between recipe and counted food cost?

Recipe food cost is what the sales should have used. Counted food cost comes from real stock counts. The gap is waste, theft, over-portioning or receiving errors.

Do I need to count every day?

No. Count the items that matter most, as often as you like. Speeda uses each count when it arrives.

Can Speeda pause an item when it runs out?

Speeda tells the manager which items to pause in the delivery apps when an ingredient runs out.
